Members complete a secure medical assessment that is reviewed by a licensed Canadian prescriber. Once assessment is reviewed then a prescription is sent directly to your local pharmacy — making medical weight loss simple, safe, and accessible.
After creating an account, you complete a secure online medical questionnaire. A licensed Canadian prescriber reviews your assessment and determines the appropriate treatment for you. If approved, your prescription is sent directly to your preferred pharmacy. Our team provides regular follow-ups and ongoing support to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment as needed.

Your assessment fee will be refunded if you do not qualify for a weight loss treatment plan. You may cancel a submitted assessment at any time before it is reviewed by the prescriber. Once your assessment is approved and a prescription is issued, we are unable to provide refunds.
